HRH Prince Harry – Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb
High-risk national event delivery
The Sydney Harbour Bridge climb involving His Royal Highness Prince Harry marked a globally significant moment to formally recognise the commencement of the Invictus Games in Sydney. The event required the temporary transformation of one of the world’s most recognisable pieces of infrastructure into a secure, broadcast-ready ceremonial platform—without disrupting the operational integrity of the bridge or public safety.
The climb was broadcast internationally, reaching an audience of over 60 million viewers, while attracting crowds exceeding 100,000 people across Sydney Harbour foreshores.

Sydney Zoo
Major public tourism and operational asset delivery
The opening of Sydney Zoo represented the delivery of a major new public tourism asset in Western Sydney — a precinct-scale destination combining animal welfare, public engagement, hospitality, education, and large-scale visitor operations.
Unlike a single-moment event, this project required the transition of a complex construction program into a fully operational, public-facing environment, capable of safely welcoming thousands of visitors from day one.
The challenge was not just opening the gates — it was ensuring the asset worked immediately, safely, and sustainably.

Saint Peter — Delivering a World-Class Hospitality Venue
Precision Delivery in a Live, High-Expectation Environment
Saint Peter is one of Australia’s most acclaimed hospitality venues and awarded the worlds 50 best— a restaurant built on innovation, precision, and uncompromising standards. Delivering the project required the transformation of a constrained inner-city site into a high-performance culinary environment, capable of supporting one of the most technically demanding seafood operations in the country.
This was not a fit-out chasing trends. It was a bespoke hospitality project where every design decision, material selection, and sequencing choice had direct operational consequences once service began.
The expectation was simple and unforgiving: the venue had to work flawlessly from day one.

Paddington Reservoir Gardens — Delivering a Complex Heritage Public Asset
Adaptive Reuse, Public Safety, and Long-Term Urban Value
Paddington Reservoir Gardens is a nationally recognised example of adaptive reuse, transforming a 19th-century water reservoir into a contemporary public garden and civic space.
The project required the careful integration of heritage conservation, modern safety and accessibility requirements, and long-term public usability — all within a constrained urban environment and under intense community and regulatory scrutiny.
This was not a cosmetic upgrade. It was the delivery of a live public asset where safety, durability, and heritage integrity carried equal weight.
